Our comfortable guest house is located at the south slope of the mountain village of Baad. Enjoy the view at the impressive mountain panorama. Spend your restful vacation in clear mountain air.
For an additional 6,50 euros you receive extensive breakfast with fresh grain muesli prepared daily.
You also get a 3 dish menu at the restaurant in the evening on request.

The vacation dwelling has a south balcony, a kitchen, bathtube, television set, a parent bedroom, a child's room with two beds and an additional side bed, equipped completely.
The prices are plus 2,50 euros guest tax. At a stay less than 3 Nights we calculate a surcharge of 3 euros a day.

- Free usage of the public busses in the complete valley of Kleinwalsertal - To Oberstdorf 2,50 euros (5 euros return ticket)
- The cross-country skiing run charges of 10 euros per day are dropped for holders of the Kleinwalsertal guest card.

- Free internet access with a laptop computer of ones's own in the Walserhaus - 30 minutes for free!
- Yout take part in a competition with regular lottery draws and you have the chance to win a vacation in the Kleinwalsertal.
- For many events in the Walserhouse a house-to-house bus is offerd which is for free for guest card holders.

In exchange to the appraisal fee you get this Allgäu-Walser-Card. You receive free services and price reductions in the Kleinwalsertal an the adjacent Allgäu. For the card a deposit charge of 5 euros is due which you get back after handing the card back in.
